In Conclusion:

We hope you have found the Spirit Guided Health Resource Center inspiring and comforting in navigating stress and uncertainty. Science and Spirituality have important roles in the quest for health and healing.

It’s fitting to conclude this section with reference to Hans Selye, the researcher who coined the term, “stress,” over 50 years ago and conducted much of the groundbreaking pioneering work in the field. He came to a point in his life when he too was filled with stress and uncertainty, at a crossroads of how to proceed with his research. Appreciating the limitations of science, he asked for spiritual guidance to help him navigate his uncertainty, expressing this in the only poem he ever wrote. You can find the poem by scrolling to the bottom of the following webpage at The American Institute of Stress.

Please feel free to email us at feedback@supermarthealth.com with comments, suggestions or resources that can help us to improve this section.

If you are interested in further exploring how to navigate stress and uncertainty, we offer presentations and workshops for health care providers and patients.

If you would also like to find support to navigate healthcare literature or the healthcare system we invite you to explore our two other centers below.
