Much of what has been presented around Evaluating Studies and Syntheses has been adapted from the Dr. Daniel Friedland’s book, Evidence-Based Medicine: A Framework for Clinical Practice. Chapters 8, 9 and 10 explain the difference between studies and syntheses and provide more in depth guides for evaluating both.
