Fortunately doctors are now being trained in a powerful system to sort through all this information and make the best possible healthcare decisions. It’s called Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM). Think of it as a system to ask better questions and get better answers
In teaching EBM to thousands of healthcare providers across the United States many clinicians have shared that they do not have the time to find the most current and highest quality research. At the same time many patients have the time and motivation to search for answers but don’t know where to go.
Our goal is to provide both doctors and patients the tools of EBM to support a partnership in identifying the best available evidence to better healthcare.
In this website, Dr. Daniel Friedland, author of one of the first EBM textbooks, Evidence-Based Medicine: A Framework for Clinical Practice, provides healthcare professionals and patients a gateway to:

- Find high quality evidence on the Internet.
